INDIRECT TAXES, S.L.<\/strong>, providing consultancy services aimed at reducing local and regional taxation related to real estate assets, as well as consultancy services for the recovery of tax burdens incurred in previous fiscal years.<\/li><li><strong>BLUE INNOVATION INVESTMENTS, S.L.<\/strong>, providing consultancy services related to the fiscal structuring of R&amp;D&amp;I projects through Tax Lease schemes for project co-financing via private capital contributions, collaborating with R&amp;D&amp;I-intensive entities and with companies interested in investing in innovative projects.<\/li><\/ul><p>Since the creation of the organization, information security has been established as a fundamental value across all activities. This differentiating value has enabled the organization to stand out from competitors by ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity, and traceability of information, as well as the proper functioning of systems and services and compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.<\/p><p>The implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System is especially relevant due to the sensitivity and volume of the information processed, particularly personal data, and is oriented towards achieving the organization\u2019s strategic objectives while providing a high level of security and effective management of information security aspects in service delivery.<\/p><p>The integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information and the systems supporting it are essential to ensuring business security, continuity, and the trust of clients and other interested parties.<\/p><p>EURO-FUNDING ADVISORY GROUP, S.L. assumes its commitment to information security and undertakes to appropriately manage the information under its responsibility in order to offer relevant interested parties the highest level of assurance regarding information security.<\/p><p>Information systems must be managed with due diligence, adopting the necessary measures to protect them against internal or external, accidental or deliberate threats that may compromise the confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity, or traceability of information or services.<\/p><p>The objective of information security is to ensure information quality and the continuous provision of services through a preventive approach, continuous activity monitoring, and effective and timely response to information security incidents.<\/p><p>Information and communications technology systems must be protected against rapidly evolving threats capable of affecting the confidentiality, integrity, availability, intended use, and value of information and services. To this end, a risk-based security strategy is established, adaptable to changes in the environment, to ensure service continuity.<\/p><p>Departments shall apply the security measures required by the National Security Framework, integrated within the Information Security Management System, continuously monitor service levels, identify and analyze vulnerabilities, and prepare effective incident response measures to ensure service continuity.<\/p><p>Information and communications technology security shall be integrated throughout all stages of the systems\u2019 life cycle, from conception to decommissioning, including development or acquisition decisions and operational and maintenance activities.
