elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"546ea0ac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Todas las compa\u00f1\u00edas de nuestro pa\u00eds, independientemente de su tama\u00f1o o sector de actividad, pueden beneficiarse de diferentes ayudas financieras para el desarrollo de sus proyectos, distinguiendo entre financiaci\u00f3n privada y p\u00fablica. Esta \u00faltima se otorga a trav\u00e9s de distintas instituciones del Estado y de las Comunidades Aut\u00f3nomas en forma de subvenciones, cr\u00e9ditos o ayudas parcialmente reembolsables y suelen estar condicionadas por el marco europeo en el que se desarrollan los proyectos. <strong>El CDTI, Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico y la Innovaci\u00f3n,<\/strong> <strong>es uno de los principales organismos de referencia en materia de gesti\u00f3n de fondos p\u00fablicos para empresas. <\/strong><\/p><p>Pero, \u00bfQu\u00e9 modificaciones ha incluido este organismo en sus \u00faltimos programas? Antes de detallarlas, es muy importante resaltar que vivimos en un entorno de financiaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica muy cambiante, marcado por la llegada de los Fondos Next Generation y la subida de los tipos de inter\u00e9s, entre otras cosas, donde incluso los programas tradicionales se han visto sometidos a cambios en sus condiciones. Tal es el caso del CDTI, que recientemente <strong>ha modificado las condiciones de financiaci\u00f3n para sus programas principales: <a href=\"https:\/\/euro-funding.rwdesarrollos2.es\/blog\/financiacion-y-cooperacion-nacional-proyectos-de-investigacion-y-desarrollo\/\">Proyectos de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo (PID)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/euro-funding.rwdesarrollos2.es\/blog\/linea-directa-de-innovacion\/\">L\u00ednea Directa de Innovaci\u00f3n (LIC)<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/euro-funding.rwdesarrollos2.es\/blog\/linea-directa-expansion-lic\/\">L\u00ednea Directa de Expansi\u00f3n (LICA).<\/a><\/strong><\/p><p>Sin embargo, es necesario destacar qu\u00e9, \u00a0si bien los tipos de inter\u00e9s para la concesi\u00f3n de los cr\u00e9ditos est\u00e1 determinada por la subida del Euribor, el CDTI, a trav\u00e9s de sus programas, est\u00e1 intentando contrarrestar este aumento ampliando el porcentaje en los tramos no reembolsables de las ayudas en caso de disponibilidad de Fondos Europeos, ya sean procedentes de la partida FEDER, a trav\u00e9s del Plan financiero plurianual de la Comisi\u00f3n para el periodo 2021-2027, o bien del Mecanismo de Recuperaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia dentro del marco Next Generation. Este aspecto beneficia claramente a las empresas, si bien, hay que tener en cuenta que la asignaci\u00f3n de Fondos Europeos, obligar\u00e1n a los beneficiarios, entre otras cuestiones, a justificar y acreditar si es necesario en cada proyecto el cumplimiento del principio DNSH,\u00a0<em>Do Not Significant Harm<\/em>, de no causar perjuicio significativo al medio ambiente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-12c102d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"12c102d\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-a0bdea4\" data-id=\"a0bdea4\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12ec414 separador-4-izq elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"12ec414\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Modificaciones en 3 programas de ayudas distintos <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-297c3b3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"297c3b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En el caso de las <a href=\"https:\/\/euro-funding.rwdesarrollos2.es\/buscador-de-ayudas-y-subvenciones\/cdti\/\">ayudas CDTI<\/a>, los \u00faltimos cambios introducidos son las siguientes:<\/p><ul><li>En el caso de su programa<strong> \u201cL\u00ednea de Proyectos de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo (PID)\u201d<\/strong>, centrado en proyectos de creaci\u00f3n y mejora significativa de procesos productivos, productos o servicios, los tramos no reembolsables se mantienen en la horquilla del 20 al 33% de la ayuda, e incluso se pueden elevar hasta el 27% en Arag\u00f3n, Catalu\u00f1a, Madrid, Navarra y Pa\u00eds Vasco cuando exista disponibilidad de Fondos FEDER.<\/li><li>Con respecto a su programa <strong>\u201cL\u00ednea Directa de Innovaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, destinado para proyectos muy cercanos a mercados que permitan incrementar la competitividad de las empresas mediante la incorporaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas innovadoras, los tipos de inter\u00e9s se elevan a Euribor + 0.75% o 1,5%, dependiendo del periodo de amortizaci\u00f3n elegido \u2013 4 o 6 a\u00f1os. En el caso de este programa, los tramos no reembolsables de estas ayudas suben hasta el 5% con car\u00e1cter general o hasta el 7% cuando haya disponibilidad de Fondos FEDER. Adicionalmente, se ampl\u00eda el plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de las actuaciones hasta 24 meses.<\/li><li>Por \u00faltimo, en su programa <strong>\u201cL\u00ednea Directa de Expansi\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, enfocado en iniciativas de inversi\u00f3n productiva en regiones m\u00e1s desfavorecidas, el tipo de inter\u00e9s se eleva a Euribor + 1%, pudiendo llegar el tramo no reembolsable al 25% si existen Fondos Europeos disponibles.<\/li><\/ul><p>En otro orden de cosas, debe recordarse que la asignaci\u00f3n de tramos no reembolsables de las ayudas, equivalen al otorgamiento de una subvenci\u00f3n a fondo perdido puesto que no deben ser retornados al CDTI, lo que se presenta como una gran ventaja para las empresas.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, otro de los grandes beneficios de todas estas l\u00edneas de CDTI es que mantienen abierta la ventanilla de solicitud de financiaci\u00f3n durante todo el a\u00f1o, pudiendo realizar la evaluaci\u00f3n de solicitudes y la asignaci\u00f3n de fondos mediante procesos de concurrencia simple por orden de entrada de solicitudes. Adem\u00e1s, todas aquellas empresas a las que les sea concedida la financiaci\u00f3n pueden optar a un anticipo del 35-50%, dependiendo del programa, sin necesidad de constituir garant\u00edas adicionales. Otra de las novedades en algunos de los programas de CDTI es que <strong>las empresas que no se encontraban en crisis el 31 de diciembre de 2019, pero pasaron a ser empresas en crisis en el per\u00edodo comprendido entre el 1 de enero de 2020 y el 31 de diciembre de 2021, podr\u00e1n ser beneficiarias de estas ayudas<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Por estos motivos, y \u00a0en base a todas estas
