data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El pasado 9 de mayo presentamos la hoja de ruta que seguiremos de aqu\u00ed a 2025 en materia de sostenibilidad. La gesti\u00f3n responsable del medioambiente, el desarrollo de la comunidad a nivel social, o el impulso a la innovaci\u00f3n son algunos de nuestros principales compromisos de cara a los dos pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>El evento comenz\u00f3 con la intervenci\u00f3n de M\u00f3nica Arellano,&nbsp; nuestra directora del \u00e1rea de <a href=\"https:\/\/euro-funding.rwdesarrollos2.es\/servicios\/consultoria-medioambiente-y-sostenibilidad\/\">Medio Ambiente y Sostenibilidad<\/a> , que destac\u00f3 la importancia de que las corporaciones, independientemente de su tama\u00f1o, implanten pol\u00edticas de <a href=\"https:\/\/euro-funding.rwdesarrollos2.es\/servicios\/consultoria-de-sostenibilidad\/\">sostenibilidad en empresas<\/a>. \u201c<span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>La sostenibilidad ya no es una opci\u00f3n. Y no solo porque la normativa lo imponga, sino porque son los propios clientes los que comienzan a demandar ciertas certificaciones antes de comenzar a trabajar con nuevos proveedores.<\/strong><\/span> El objetivo actual de las empresas debe ser integrar la sostenibilidad en su modelo de negocio\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 M\u00f3nica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, Laura Garc\u00eda G\u00f3mez, responsable de Marketing y Comunicaci\u00f3n y miembro del Comit\u00e9 de Sostenibilidad, realiz\u00f3 una breve exposici\u00f3n de la hoja de ruta ESG de Euro-Funding. El <a href=\"https:\/\/euro-funding.rwdesarrollos2.es\/servicios\/plan-de-sostenibilidad\/\">Plan de Sostenibilidad<\/a> se ha elaborado a partir de un an\u00e1lisis a trav\u00e9s de entrevistas y encuestas en las que se han identificado los principales impactos y las expectativas de los grupos de inter\u00e9s de Euro-Funding. Con todo ello, hemos definido seis compromisos a desarrollar de aqu\u00ed a 2025:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul role=\"list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Gesti\u00f3n responsable del medioambiente.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Impulso a la innovaci\u00f3n interna y de sus clientes.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Fomento del orgullo de pertenencia y mejora la retenci\u00f3n de talento.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Desarrollo de la comunidad a nivel social e incorporaci\u00f3n al mundo laboral.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Gobernanza transversal.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Y favorecer la estrategia de comunicaci\u00f3n ESG.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Laura tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;quiso destacar que el <a href=\"https:\/\/euro-funding.rwdesarrollos2.es\/servicios\/plan-de-sostenibilidad\/\">Plan de Sostenibilidad<\/a> 2023-2025 ser\u00e1 evaluado anualmente y comunicado a la sociedad.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9872676 separador-4-izq elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9872676\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Repercusi\u00f3n en la sociedad y trabajo conjunto con los grupos involucrados.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f60ea5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2f60ea5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Una de las organizaciones con las que estamos <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>colaborando es <a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/hogarsi.org\/\">Hogar-S<\/a>\u00ed. <span style=\"color: #003366;\">Raquel D\u00edaz Hurtado<\/span><\/strong>, r<strong>esponsable de Alianzas Estrat\u00e9gicas de esta fundaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span>, particip\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n del acto de presentaci\u00f3n, explicando una de las iniciativas que hemos incorporado en nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/euro-funding.rwdesarrollos2.es\/servicios\/plan-de-sostenibilidad\/\">Plan de Sostenibilidad<\/a>. Se trata de un programa de mentor\u00eda por el que trabajadores de la compa\u00f1\u00eda guiar\u00e1n a personas en proceso de reinserci\u00f3n laboral en la elaboraci\u00f3n de un CV, para prepararse entrevistas de trabajo, etc.\u00a0<\/p><p>El acto termin\u00f3 con un coloquio moderado por <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>M\u00f3nica Arellano<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0en el que\u00a0<span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Raquel D\u00edaz<\/strong><\/span>, ha podido dialogar con<strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #003366;\">Susana Posada<\/span><\/strong>, vicepresidenta de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dirse.es\/\"><strong>DIRSE (Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Directivos de Sostenibilidad)<\/strong><\/a> y<strong>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #003366;\">Andr\u00e9s Dulanto<\/span>,<\/strong>\u00a0redactor jefe de la <a href=\"https:\/\/efe.com\/\">Agencia EFE<\/a>. En este espacio de debate, Susana destac\u00f3 el cambio que se ha experimentado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os desde el punto de vista de las empresas a la hora de enfocar la sostenibilidad: \u201cTenemos que acelerar esa transici\u00f3n sostenible de cara a cumplir los objetivos de la UE que, aunque parezcan muy a largo plazo, requieren inversiones importantes. Y aunque la normativa es muy importante, es m\u00e1s importante es el seguimiento de la misma\u201d.\u00a0<\/p><p>Por su parte,\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Andr\u00e9s Dulanto<\/span>,<\/strong> coment\u00f3 lo relevante que es comunicar y dar visibilidad en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n a las pr\u00e1cticas de sostenibilidad para que as\u00ed, la sociedad lo vea
