de fiscalidad inmobiliaria de Euro-Funding\u00a0 la <strong>informaci\u00f3n esencial acerca de los bienes inmuebles de caracter\u00edsticas especiales<\/strong> (BICE).\u00a0Estos inmuebles se definen en la Ley del Catastro Inmobiliario como un conjunto complejo de uso especializado, integrado por suelo, edificios, instalaciones y obras de urbanizaci\u00f3n y mejora que, por su car\u00e1cter unitario y por estar ligado de forma definitiva para su funcionamiento, se configura a efectos catastrales como un \u00fanico bien inmueble. A efectos catastrales se engloban en cuatro grandes grupos:<\/p><ul><li>Grupo A: Los destinados a la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y gas y al refino del petr\u00f3leo, y las centrales nucleares.<\/li><li>Grupo B: Las presas, saltos de agua y embalses, incluido su lecho o vaso, excepto las destinadas exclusivamente al riego.<\/li><li>Grupo C: Las autopistas, carreteras y t\u00faneles de peaje.<\/li><li>Grupo D: Los aeropuertos y puertos comerciales<\/li><\/ul><p>Adem\u00e1s, nuestros compa\u00f1eros explican c<strong>omo se calcula el valor catastral de los BICE y como tributan<\/strong> estos, ya que los ayuntamientos aplican los tipos de gravamen espec\u00edficos para BICE que hubiesen aprobado y que oscilan entre el 0,4 y el 1,3 por ciento, de manera que, por ejemplo, dos centrales t\u00e9rmicas \u201cgemelas\u201d podr\u00e1n tributar de forma diferente en funci\u00f3n del municipio en el que se ubiquen.<\/p><p>En Euro-Funding somos expertos en
